FOUNDATION PROGRAM
MENTAL PROGRESSION
Human progression is a movement that will become the biggest investment of the future. Fitness Frequency represents a progression that invests in the mind and body; the methods through which we train are direct reflections of the walls that stand against you in life. The opposition that stands in front of us, or self imposed resistance is translated in our workouts; you will learn how to rise above that resistance and move forward.
The walls of opposition you experience with our training method is translated into principles you can apply to your everyday life. You will hit “walls” within our workouts that look and feel as though you could never scale them; just as you will experience changes of resistance in life. We will show you how to change your thoughts; find what drives you in life, scale the next wall with ease and conquer your next task. Our workouts teach you how to produce change in mind and body.
We don’t believe in spot reduction; achieving monstrosity sized biceps and don’t believe the core is the epicenter of movement. We believe the mind and body is one piece and should move fluidly in and around itself; creating a balanced environment. The frequency represents a positive encouraging environment that breeds success; we design the workouts to excite the mind and body; promoting growth and self-improvement. A realization is achieved in training through our principles; that realization is unique to each individual. We are confident that you will find new life; a rebirth, in training with us.
PHYSICAL PROGRESSION
We focus on functional movement; we don train specific muscle groups, we focus on building the body as ONE piece. The movements we base our training around are critical in improving the quality your physical presence in life. We will evaluate your physical movement upon our first meeting; implement a program that builds a rigid base that progresses into the upper echelons of our foundations program.
We utilize tools unseen in the BOX gyms: kettle bells, weight vests, tractor tires and countless variables that will undoubtedly improve your everyday functional movement. The body is only as strong as it’s weakest muscle, so we fully believe in training the body to compliment itself as a whole. You will find here that a BIGGER muscle is not synonymous with a STRONGER muscle; we show you how to train your body to acclimate to the push or pull at any given moment; adapting to the environment.
With that said; the greatest wall between you and your physical progression, is pushing past the wall of ADAPTATION. We learn how to adapt to our environment to survive, but we must learn how to walk away from environment where our body has grown accustom and resists growth. We constantly shock your body, teaching you how to train with a specific breath, and transitioning into a movement that requires a completely different breath to move you.
TRUST PROGRESSION
The intensity of our workouts is defined by the relationship built between all of us; creating a sense of family is important to the progression of both our beliefs and the development of your physical and mental progression. Together, our success is reflected by the hard work and dedication we both exude. We promise to exemplify what we preach; we will continually promote the progression of mental and physical health; never sacrificing for the benefit of our own progression in trade for the digression of our brother.
We don’t expect you to forget about what happens in the HOUSE; so don’t expect us to forget that you have a responsibility to the house when you leave. The same values and core beliefs we practice inside the House; we expect you to exemplify when you are not there. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important in maximizing the valuable time we both share. We are confident you will progress if you maintain a clean diet and clear-cut goals on your path to your peak physical and mental potential.
We don’t share the ideas of the mass-produced “box gyms”; we don’t provide a cozy environment where fake smiles are given and where we forget about you after sign on with us. We bring each other to places where EMOTIONS fly and CHARACTER is built; we bring each other to places where fists are clinched together in unity of success. We promote through the word of our clients (family), we don’t give away TV’s for signing on a friend and your first piece of our clothing is earned not given. So don’t expect to come here with desire in your heart; what we will learn together, will help us both charter a path to success.
